- Portfolio & Analytics within Portfolio & Fund Management

**Reporting Line**
- To Head of Portfolio & Fund Management

**Target Markets**
- Asia Pacific: Japan, Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indian & Southeast Asia

**Job Location**
- Singapore

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide overall transactional risk management oversight for the region
- Perform independent risk review of new investments in the region
- Provide performance and governance oversight of the portfolio through the “manage” phase
- Co-ordinate with Asset Management to track progress of portfolio ESG initiatives
- Responsible for all aspects of Portfolio Risk & Analytics reporting

**Key Requirements**
- Strong academic credentials including a degree in finance, economics, real estate and/or other quantitative field of study. Post graduate degree will be advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment management. Preference for experience in Portfolio Management, Asset Management and/or Risk Management
- Knowledge about ESG, in particular, CRREM Pathway & EU Taxonomy will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, experience in working with/analyzing complex datasets, attention to details and good understanding of cash flow modeling/real estate valuation
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese would be advantageous
- Self-starter and team player who embraces collaboration, and working in a dynamic and international environment
