**Position Summary**:

We operate across Brazil, China, Europe, India, Japan, U.S., and Vietnam and have more than US$100 billion in assets under management in real estate and private equity funds.

We are currently seeking a Fund Management Associate to join the growing team based in Singapore. This role will be exposed to funds in APAC and Europe, supporting the Vice President in various fundraising initiatives globally.

**Key Accountabilities**:
1) Active data management - maintain and update LP database, investor portal and proactively manage global FM database, folders and software solutions

2) Support in global capital raising activities, due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), marketing materials, investor presentations, board meeting packs and press releases

3) Consolidate and prepare quarterly global fund management reporting materials, including AUM, track record, and fund KPIs for decision making purposes

4) Liaise with internal stakeholders on financial performance of existing portfolio of assets and funds

5) Assist in establishing internal processes and streamlining operational procedures to enhance the global fund management platform

**Requirements**:
1) Good academic track record, degree holder

2) Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Equity Real Estate (PERE), Investment Banking or Real Estate Fund Management

3) Strong verbal and written communication skills

4) Ability to work with multiple stakeholders of all levels and interact with colleagues globally

5) Strong project management skills
