We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Fund Administration and Compliance Associate to join our team. This role involves ensuring that the fund managed by the Company operates within regulatory guidelines and assisting in the operations of the funds including but not limited to conducting due diligence and account opening with fund stakeholders, updating and managing accurate record of fund documents and transactions and conducting regular reviews and assessment of industry compliance protocols.

**Responsibilities:
1. Fund Administration and Account Opening:

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to onboard investors, open bank/brokerage accounts for the fund(s).
- Gather Documentation and KYC/Due Dilligence Procedures

Personal Identification: Passport, ID card, or driver's license.

Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement.

Financial Information: Recent bank statements, proof of income.
- Complete Subscription Form(s)

Provide personal details, contact information, and financial background.

2. Compliance:

- Implement and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of compliance protocols.

3. Internal Reporting and Planning:

- Monitor and update fund liquidity, control fund expenses, and participate in cashflow planning.

4. Others:

- Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Portfolio Manager and to support other teams as needed.
- carry out or initiate such other task(s) as may be necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the funds.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in fund administration, compliance or a related filed in financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese languages (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
