**Location: Seng Kang
**Responsbilities**:

- To carry out supervision and inspection of the works so as to ensure that works are constructed in accordance to contract specifications and drawings.
- To carry out quality check on the moulds to ensure compliance to drawings and specifications so that works are produced of required quality and accuracy.
- To verify and submit reports on production volume and delivery of building contract to HDB.
- To carry out random sampling of materials for tests in accordance to drawings and specifications. To ensure material testing and equipment calibration are carried out in accordance to schedule. To send material test results and equipment calibration reports to Qualified Person (Supervision)/Consultant/Resident Engineer as and when RTO received the results. The SO Rep shall be informed of non-conformance.
- To check on quality of materials delivered to plant or site and report to Qualified Person (Supervision)/Consultant/Resident Engineer on any materials that are not conforming to the specifications.
- To ensure proper and updated records of all works, including records of tests, inspections, site diary, work progress, approved drawings including all amendments, all departures or deviation relating precast works provided by Design Qualified Person, attendance of Qualified Person (Supervision) and Qualified Site Supervisor, etc., are kept. The records of all works are to be delivered to the project RE upon completion of all works.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years relevant working experience in precast construction of super-structures or production for building projects of which, minimum 10 RTOs shall have 2 years of working experience in supervision of production for precast elements for super-structures for building projects.
- Under the Building Control Act, RTOs shall be accredited with Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
