Job summary

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter who is interested to work with a team of Builders to identify and assess top talent for AWS across APJC

About the team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
- Experience in running sourcing events
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships both internal and external
- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
