**Job Description Summary**: Own the design and delivery of the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities from research, sourcing, interview, offer and all operational and administrative work associated with hiring. Serve as a strong business partner to GE Aviation Singapore client groups, understand their talent needs and continue to build a world-class organization.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for blue collar volume hiring, both internal and external hires for the Singapore Plant
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop expertise in their business and talent needs to create diverse talent pools and pipelines
- Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to meet the hiring demand of the business
- Partner with local government bodies or institutions for career fairs
- Responsible for liaising with recruitment agencies, Job Board vendors and weekly reporting of TA metrics
- Coach People Leaders / interviewers to incorporate Careful Selection assessment during their interview
- Challenge current processes and highlight opportunities to improve on our Lean journey
- Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE’s Brand Strategy
- Provide ad hoc market intelligence data to business

**Qualifications/ Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of recruiting and sourcing experience

**Desired** **Characteristics**:

- Experience in volume hiring is preferred
- Experience with blue collar hiring in a manufacturing environment or Aviation industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of Workday is preferred
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa and Chinese are advantageous
- Experience in Employer Branding, TA process improvement and TA Projects
- Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
- Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively
- Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed
