Perform business analyst function, promote and demonstrate ability to bridge project workflow between key stakeholders and the vendors/consultants.
- Help design, document and maintain Project processes, mainly for Regulatory Reporting purpose
- Review/define businss configuration and analysis requirement
- Perfrom quality assurance of project deliverables
- Initiate and look up for ways to improve processes through automation, systems and process re-design to better value to the internal customer.
- Support in the implementation of new reporting requirement for the Singapore Branch.
- Responsible for educating and training the stakeholders of the reporting/projects.
- Support and work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to minimize error and improve synergy and consistency
- Assist and support team head for initiative in relation to bank’s transformation initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- Experience in Singapore Regulatory Reporting and/or related Projects in banking
- Strong communication skills - able to work closely with stakeholders to ensure business data and reporting needs are met
- Strong technology and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to communicate and manage change management processes
