As a Business Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance. In this role, you will be reporting to Local Division Controller. This position is based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Performing analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast and propose improvement actions
- Working with other finance professionals to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends
- Supporting preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions
- Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
- Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements
- Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with group and unit requirements
- Maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/ internal/external audits and reviews

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance-related professional qualification with over 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Good to have SAP PS, SD etc
- SAP FICO, MS Office with advanced excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
