The firm is looking for an Investment Analyst or Associate for the Southeast Asia team, based in Singapore.
**About the Role**:
- Assess and execute private equity investments in leading companies in Southeast Asia.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses such as: detailed valuation and financial modelling, strategic evaluation, and company/management due diligence.
- Demonstrate sophisticated modelling capabilities and consistently create mínimal to zero-defect models.
- In evaluating potential investment opportunities, the Analyst / Associate will assist in conducting all aspects of due diligence, including financial, legal, tax, accounting, strategic, and deal structuring issues.
- Involved in negotiating and interfacing with potential debt financing sources and equity partners.
- Assist in monitoring current investments, interacting with senior management of portfolio companies and assisting in the evaluation of strategic development, operational and financial alternatives, add-on acquisitions, planning and budgeting processes.
**About the Requirements**:
- 3-6 years of experience with a bulge bracket investment bank, top-tier management consulting firm or a private equity firm in a major financial center.
- Highly motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; demonstrate writing, presentation, and research abilities; proven leadership experiences; and comfort working in a high functioning team environment.
- Experience in Southeast Asia preferred.
