**What you will do**:

- Develop PR and communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Develop media relations strategies, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Manage content development across the company’s various communications platforms including social media and website
- Lead and support PR events and publicity initiatives of the company to ensure accurate and positive brand representation
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain networking connections with local and regional key editors, journalists, key influencers, across all media platforms including print, online, TV, radio channels
- Independently plan and execute in-house media launches, press conference, on-ground events, social media and CSR campaigns
- Support, develop and implement crisis communication advice and media strategy as needed
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting the Company and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for awards, partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow awareness and speak at industry conferences, events etc.
- Manage Company’s Internal Communications efforts (e.g. regional/local town halls and other initiatives / programe), working closely with stakeholders from across the Company
- Support ad-hoc projects or duties assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- University degree holder in Communications or Public Relations, with 2 to 3 years related experience (agency or in-house PR)
- Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns
- Possess media contacts with proven success in achieving media coverage and PR campaigns
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Savvy in digital and content marketing, the social media space and emerging trends
- Dynamic, organized and proactive team player who is nimble and can think on one's feet
- Excellent organizational and planning skills to execute campaign and events with attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and with tight timelines
- Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- Performance driven with the willingness to go beyond the extra mile

- Great communicator with a flair for writing
- Strong existing network of mainstream local & regional media contacts
- Capable of juggling multiple projects - managing priorities and meeting deadlines
