**Sales Support and Admin Assistant**

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be supporting the company in administrative and coordination matters ranging from maintaining the database of new and existing clients to attending to queries with customers. This role requires an adaptive mindset while also being systematic

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative duties (download reports/filing/keeping track of customer queries/monitor status)
- Possess good phone etiquette and client service abilities to interact with customers
- Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office
- Highlight issues and queries to manager
- Support services to existing and prospective clients
- tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts.
- Manage any administrative needs

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a GCE N/O level with 1 year working experience
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applicants
- Meticulous and have an eye for detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
