Overview:
Responsibility for the operational management and physical security of the office portfolio in the Asia-Pacific.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acts as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director, APAC and the regional management team, responsible for taking a lead role in the office management of the APAC region
- Accountable for the smooth and proactive running of facilities, security and business services across all offices in the APAC region
- Set and review budgets for all building and facilities costs. Identify cost effective options. Purchase order management using D365, Authorise invoices and monitor spend.
- Facilities management for all sites as appropriate, negotiate service contracts. Responsibility for general maintenance of sites and supplier management, ensuring efficient running of all offices.
- Manage administration function, line management responsibilities for staff including objective setting and performance management for Administrative Assistants / Reception in region.
- Lead Business Continuity and Crisis management efforts; manage emergency evacuation procedures and Business Continuity Team Leader for offices, working with local contact in the event of any crisis.
- Vendor relationship/procurement management for all offices including but not limited to consumables, company travel programme, health and safety, security, taxi, courier, cleaning, stationery, office supplies.
- Planning and executing office moves
- Physical security support - managing security badge access for new joiners and leavers. Troubleshooting local issues with IT team.
- Monitoring health and safety/security issues and ensuring that all statutory obligations are met according to local legislation
- Supporting region with business travel needs using dedicated travel partner
- Other duties as may be specified from time to time by your Line Manager
- Other ad-hoc duties as required to support the general operations of the business
