Supply Operations: Account Manager

We are looking for a talented and energetic **Account Manager **to join the team in Singapore as we continue to grow in the Asia region.

**Main areas of focus**:

- Lead the Magnite Asia Supply Operations team
- Recruit, Train, Motivate & Career development of the Supply Account manager operations team
- Develop systems and process to best deliver superior customer service and business objectives for our partners
- Oversees identifying strategic opportunities to grow and support client accounts through in depth analysis, reporting and recommendations
- Identifies opportunities for implementing tools and improving processes across the Supply Ad Ops team to create efficiencies.
- Partnering with Business Development leads in servicing key strategic accounts in the Asia region
- Responsible for relationship development across team assigned publisher accounts, international and local
- Enhance the experience of Magnite publishers by developing strong relationships, providing outstanding customer service and building a partnership with the client through the life-cycle of the account
- Acting as a consultant to publisher accounts to maximize their revenue generated from Magnite marketplace and platform
- Educate and up-sell existing partnerships to utilize full breadth of Magnite Ad Serving, SSP, and Platform tools and products
- Train, educate and influence publishers to utilize Magnite’s Platform on self-service basis
- Contribute / lead quarterly business reviews with key and strategic accounts
- Analyse daily traffic data within our marketplace and report discrepancies or opportunities
- Partner with Global Partner Service team in activating Global strategic accounts in the Asia region
- Identify new revenue opportunities for customers and facilitate additional yield
- Work closely with the Demand Facilitation, and Demand Operation teams to ensure full and accurate delivery of ad campaigns
- Effectively communicate detailed learning's / client feedback to the business development and senior management teams
- Partner with Magnite global product teams to understand global product developments and opportunities this creates for Asia publishers, developing out a localized strategy and execution plan to take new offerings to partners
- Partner with Asia marketing teams to develop out and attract partner involvement within press releases, case studies, thought leadership, business social sharing and custom events

**Experience**
- Minimum 8-10 years of advertising technology and/or media planning experience
- Experience working within digital, data, analytics or programmatic industry
- Programmatic/analytics led solution experience would be preferable
- Experience in building, management and execution of robust client/account targeting
- Sound understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem

- Sound understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem,
- Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion,
- Execute and coach others to execute in a fast -paced environment through effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making and manipulation of large data sets
