**Job Description**:
**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Collaborate with designers, product managers and developers to conceptualise and prototype UI/UX solutions of web and app platform from the user's perspectiveUnderstand platform design guidelines and generate professional digital output that is usable, compliant, facilitating the development with functional, logical and interactive insights. You will be designing for the website and store locator teams to design a user journey that works best for each select of users.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:
User Research: Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors through methods like surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Help create low
- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideas using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Visual Design: Assist in designing UI components, ensuring consistency with our design system, and maintaining a high standard of visual aesthetics
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our platform
- User Testing: Participate in user testing sessions to gather feedback and make informed design improvements
- Iterative Design: Continuously refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users to ensure the final product meets user needs and business goals

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Design or any IT related field
- Familiarity with design tools: Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision for creating wireframes and prototypes
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles: Knowledge of user-centered design processes, information architecture, and interaction design
- Visual design skills: A sense of typography, color, and layout to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces
- A strong willingness to learn: If you're passionate about UI/UX and ready to dive into the world of design and user experience,
- Curiosity and initiative: You’re eager to explore new design tools and techniques and take ownership of your learning and tasks
- Attention to detail: You care deeply about creating polished, user-friendly designs
- Collaboration skills: You enjoy working in a team environment and are open to feedback and learning from others

**Bonus Points For**
- Experience with user research and testing methodologies
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for understanding how designs translate into code
- Knowledge of design systems and maintaining consistency in design elements across projects
