**What we are looking for**:
We are looking to hire an Ad Tech engineer to join our team. You love making an impact by improving system efficiencies via automation and other proactive recommendations. You thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment. You're a self-motivated individual that can not only handle tasks given to you but also identify inefficiencies in our current set up to help make them better. This person will bridge the gap between our Engineering Team and the Ad Operations team and help mold the future of our ad framework. You have a passion for gaming.

This will be a **Contract** position for 40 hours a week.

The Ad Tech Engineer will be integral to the Ad Tech solution. This will be a hands-on role with responsibilities around frontend products within our Ad Tech solution. This role requires extensive front-end development on internal UI tools. You should have the ability to dissect technical details to take a deeper dive for resolution and investigation. Your primary focus will be working with the existing ad tech team to build out a high-performance ad stack, customized to the gaming space.

**Specific responsibilities will include**:

- Contribute to architecture of ad stack including header bidding (prebid.js) wrapper design, ad configuration, bidding strategies, video units.
- Contribute to a culture of responsibility and technical excellence.

**Required skills and abilities**:

- At least 3 years with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript languages
- Familiarity with legal compliance of ad regulations around the world (e.g CCPA, GDPR, COPPA, etc.)
- Some understanding of online advertising ecosystems and ad technologies is a huge plus (ie: GAM, Prebid, etc.)
- Ideally contributed to an ads industry technology standard (e.g VAST, OpenRTB) or a similar institution (ie: IAB Tech Lab)
- Experience with online ad exchanges and supply-side platforms, like Google AdExchange, Magnite, Xandr, Index, Pubmatic, and more
- Creating processes for maintaining data, familiarity with Google Api's
You must be a dependable team player exhibiting strong work ethics with a positive attitude.

**Good to have**:

- Experience with developing in Docker/container environments. Deploying in kubernetes cluster
- Experience with AWS Services including Lambda, S3
- Familiarity with React, Vue, or similar SPA javascript front-end frameworks
- Business communication skill set for explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders
