Job Description
Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ad Solutions, aligned with enterprise goals.
Translate strategy into requirements and processes.
Oversee product design, delivery, and commercialization.
Collaborate with IT, engineering, marketing, operations, and billing teams for fast delivery.
Lead product launches and iterative development to deliver value.
Lead product managers to ensure product stability and usability.
Manage end-to-end business and P&L.
Create engagement strategies for transformation.
Manage team performance, respecting cultural differences.
Motivate teams to solve complex challenges.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 12 years of experience in product development and management.
Ideally familiar with current trends in AdTech, Performance Marketing, Audience Monetization, and Data Management.
Collaborative team player and leader with excellent cross-functional and senior-level communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
