**Service Admin Executive**
Roles & Responsibilities
**Objective(s) of role**:
- Provide administrative support to various department
- Customer Relationship Management - Day-to-Day updates, data-entry and housekeeping of customers and prospects database
- Advise & guide customers on PSG grants
- Update servicing schedule & Preventive maintenance service
- liaise between customers, third party service providers such as transport and warehouse and the company with respect to customer enquiries on price, availability, and delivery arrangements & issue invoices
- Manage Technician schedules & claims
- Keep track of trucks & spare parts, record serial number
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties tasked by the Manager
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency in handling tasks, positive attitude and meticulous
**Details**
- Competitive salary based on experience
- 5 days work week. No overtime required
- Permanent full time position
