**MEDICAL WRITER AT VISTA HEALTH (SENIOR ANALYST/CONSULTANT)**

**GLOBAL ROLE**

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Asia’s leading Health & Lifesciences Consulting companies. As a Medical Writer at Vista Health, you will be joining a firm that will challenge you and accelerate your success through coaching, structured training, and a culture of apprenticeship.

As a skilled Medical Writer, you will play a key role in delivering high quality medical writing content, and providing senior, expert medical writing advice to internal team members as well as our clients across scientific and commercial domains. You will also have the opportunity to gain a wider, deeper perspective across practice areas by contributing to projects of various types.

**KEY OUTCOMES**
- You utilise your expertise to deliver high-quality, accurate, and engaging medical writing content, including regulatory documents, clinical study reports, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, and educational materials.
- You review and edit medical documents for clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to specified guidelines.
- You conduct literature reviewsand gather relevant scientific and medical information from reliable sources to support consulting projects as required.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including health economists, statisticians, and commercial teams, to gather necessary information to create the medical writing content and ensure accuracy.
- You participate in meetings and discussions with clients or internal teams to understand medical writing requirements and objectives, and to address feedback and make revisions as needed.
- Cultivate and coach junior members of the team, leading by example, paying it forwards by looking out for opportunities to help others succeed.
- Contribute towards firm building and accelerate growth by supporting senior leaders in the implementation and adoption of processes, SOPs, and solutions, that will improve the efficiency of the company.

**YOU ARE**
- A high performer with proven experience as a medical writer, preferably in the fields of HTA, value dossiers, market access, evidence generation, or strategy development.
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret scientific and market data.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools, including reference management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Able to work on multiple projects with excellent project and time management skills.
- A versatile team player who can work effectively with people across all levels in an organization, and comfortable working in a high-energy environment and able to work well under pressure with a proactive outlook.
- An international operator, collaborator and able to work effectively across cultures.
- Fluency in English is a must, fluency in another language is a strong bonus.
- Strong scientific background with a degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in medical writing, with good knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards relevant to medical writing and consulting.
