We are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical **Food Analysis Technician**to support our quality assurance and product testing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses on food samples to ensure safety, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will work closely with R&D, production, and QA teams to uphold product quality throughout development and manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine and specialized testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished food products
- Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological tests (e.g., pH, moisture, fat, protein, microbial counts)
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and testing instruments
- Prepare lab reports and accurately record test data in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Support shelf-life studies and product stability evaluations
- Assist in investigating non-conforming results and possible contamination sources
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, SFA regulations)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the laboratory environment
- Collaborate with QA and R&D teams to resolve quality or testing-related issues

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in food laboratory testing or food quality assurance (fresh grads with internship experience are welcome)
- Knowledge of laboratory practices, testing techniques, and food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, data entry, LIMS software is a plus)
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
