**Job Details & Description**:
They are seeking an Engineering Director to lead a newly created engineering team in the region. Reporting directly to the Vice President, this role will be instrumental in driving new product design and manufacturing processes as part of our client’s business expansion initiatives.

**Job Requirements**:

- They are proficient in overseeing the entire product development cycle, from initial idea conception through to manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration of design and production processes.
- Demonstrated experience in leading regional teams within the Industrial OEM & Machinery sector, showcasing strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance and collaboration.
- Knowledge and experience in green manufacturing practices are highly advantageous, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and environmentally-friendly production methods.
