■Main role: SAP Techno Functional role for SAP S/4HANA
- Key member of SAP S/4HANA Project Implementation (SAP FICO, SD, MM, EWM, PS, CS, SAC (BI & Planning), BTP).
- Participate in end to end implementation project lifecycle such as conduct users requirement workshops, design workshops, prepare/review project deliverables, propose solutions, development, system integration test, user acceptance test, data migration activities, end user training, deployment activities, etc.
- Must be able to perform System Configuration in SAP. Proficient in technical skills & programming (ABAP) will be an advantage.Toimplement SAP Projects as well as providing Level 1, 2 and 3 support of SAP S/4HANA.
- Handle service request, change request, issue request independently with mínimal supervision after system go live.
- Coordinate and collaborate with key users and ISS team members and able to translate business requirements to technical/system requirements.
- Conduct and provide training to SAP Users.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance to IT General Controls.
- Contributes to high productivity and motivation as well as communicate effectively with ISS members, counterparts, key users/stakeholders, vendors, etc.

■Secondary role: SAP ERP Support and Maintenance role
- Support Regional SAP Application System (ERP 6.0) with the objective of business continuity and business process efficiency (SAP) and commit/work within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The support and maintenance including SAP Enquiries, Enhancements/Development, provide resolution for Issues, Monitoring Scheduled Jobs/Interfaces/System work processes, Conducting half-yearly User Inventory Exercises, Weekly Weekly Secuity Audit checks and Upgrade activities.
- Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 support of SAP ERP 6.0 (SAP FI, CO, SD, MM, CS, PP, QM, BW, BO and BPC modules).
- Ensure smooth operations of the suite of Corporate IT Applications for Business Units/Supporting Units. To manage SAP incidents as per SLA requirements.
- Collaborate, communicate, analyze and understand business requirements from internal customers/key users and translate into system design and technical solution.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum 5 years experience in at least one of the relevant SAP modules: SAP FICO, SD, MM, EWM, PS, CS, SAC (Reporting & Planning), BTP. Additional technical skillset such as SAP ABAP is an advantage.
- SAP accredited certification.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people across different levels
