Ramky is looking to hire a Workplace Experience Supervisor to join our team. In this position, you will supervise a team of Workplace Experience Specialist and ensure smooth delivery on Integrated Facilities Management. To be successful in this role, you should be self-motivated, engaged and hands-on individual with a strong sense of ownership and outcome driven. A team leader who can lead and execute in an efficient manner with relevant team and stakeholders.

**Job Duties**
- Oversee and ensure smooth and efficient cleaning operations of the work premises which include housekeeping, fault management, health & safety, customer service and inventory management
- Ability to utilize SMART technology devices in tasks assignment, fault reporting and cleaning resolutions to manager and client.
- Escalation of operations issue and provide recommendation to Manager/Client on a timely manner.
- Inventory management on stock level and usage of cleaning consumables.
- Ensure the daily maintenance work of the client’s premises including trouble-shooting, repair and maintain M&E services and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and periodic maintenance.
- Perform day-to-day inspection, data logging, corrective and preventive maintenance on facilities and system including electrical, mechanical, infrastructure.
- Implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Complying with all safety policies and ensure an overall safe and healthy environment for all team members.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Integrated Facilities Management industry
- NITEC in Cleaning Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
- Good working knowledge in both hard and soft services would be an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to be detailed and mechanically inclined.
- Sound oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Be independent, self-motivated and a good team player
- Service-oriented mindset
- Able to work on rotating shift, public holidays and weekends

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
