E-Trading Implementations play a pivotal role in integrating clients with our FIT, FXGO, EMSX, FixNet, Tradebook, and BSKT platforms, supporting a multitude of workflows spanning across pre-trade, trade execution, and post trade cycles. We provide technical advice during presales stages, and project-manage integrations from inception to go-live, striving for a best in class integration experience for our customers and vendor partners.

**What's the role?**

As a member of the E-Trading Implementation team in Singapore, you will specialize in Fixed Income Trading integrations (FIT) for buy side and sell side clients in APAC. You will have responsibility for technical presales as well as project management and overall project delivery. In this role you will need strong relationship management skills and possess advanced knowledge of Fixed Income products and markets along with experience in how these products are traded electronically in the market.

You will manage implementations from inception to go-live and ensure that customers’ integration requirements are properly scoped out, tested, and delivered efficiently and on time. You will need to be able to actively identify risks and dependencies throughout the process and provide solutions as and when challenges arise. You will support our sales force, partner with various teams internally, and deal directly with our clients and vendor partners on a regular basis.

You’ll be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, have a dedicated approach to solving problems, and will not shy away from challenges.

- Feel comfortable discussing fixed income products and electronic trading solutions
- Provide technical presales advice to customers and help them to identify the appropriate workflow solutions for their business needs
- Qualify, scope, and lead implementation projects from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are delivered expertly and on time and in line with customer expectations
- Build close partnerships with clients and vendors
- Continuously develop your knowledge of the E-trading ecosystem
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management, Product Development, Engineering, and Production Support. Teamwork is instrumental in our success

**You’ll need to have**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience covering Fixed Income products with focus on order management, execution management, or electronic trading systems
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the financial services industry, particularly supporting users in sales or trading roles driving investment and trade execution decisions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the FIX protocol
- Customer-focused attitude with an ability to foster relationships with internal and external partners
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in demanding situations and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
- Bachelor's degree or degree-equivalent qualifications

**We'd love to see**:

- Regulatory knowledge in MiFID2, EMIR, Dodd Frank
- Exposure to Python coding
- Exposure to FX products and electronic trading systems
- Prior knowledge of using and/or integration with Bloomberg’s Fixed Income OMS, EMS or Trade Execution platforms
- Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese)
