Project X is a local non-profit organisation that provides social, emotional, and health services to people engaged in the adult services industries. We run three core programmes - the sexual health outreach programme; the next step programme for adult workers looking to exit the adult industry; and the casework programme where we connect adult workers to legal and counselling support. We are looking to hire a Programme Executive who will be responsible for conducting outreach to the community to promote our services, ensuring the timely and professional reporting of work done, and managing a team of peer educators to enable the expansion of our work.
- To coordinate and develop monthly outreach schedules and disseminate information to staff, interns, volunteers, auditors and funders.
- Sexual Health Programme: To ensure that sexual health outreach testing services are conducted professionally and in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and to ensure that the SOP is updated regularly with inputs from our clinical and organisational partners.
- The Next Step Programme: To ensure outreach team is trained to accurately explain the programme.
- Digital Marketing: To publicise our work to online communities.
- To build and maintain relationships with the community through outreach and community events to ensure continuous uptake of our services and engagement with the organisation.
- To support adult workers in distress by referring to the appropriate resources.
- To document work done and prepare timely reports for the purposes of reporting to our funders and stakeholders.
- To work closely with a diverse team.
