**Director of Food and Beverage, Luxury Lifestyle Hotel, Singapore**

**Salary up to SGD 12,000 per month, + SGD 3,000 Accommodation**

We are looking for a **Director of Food and Beverage **to be responsible for the F&B department of the hotel.

**Things you will be doing as a Director of Food and Beverage**:

- Oversee the Food and Beverage department and ensure an efficient and effective operation
- Track and control all F & B Operations
- Review, design, and present improvements for the operations
- Ensure the department heads run effective, efficient, and overall exceptional departments
- Ensure all aspects of the P & L are well managed
- Conduct audit checks on departmental operations
- Ensure that all associates adhere to brand standards
- Develop and grow the F & B reputation of the hotel
- Review and advise on market forces within the local market
- Monitor trends within the industry
- Display an innovative and proactive approach to drive the business strategies
- Conduct exec training for the F & B Management team.

**You’ll be a great fit if you have**:

- If you are in a Director of Food & Beverage role within the luxury lifestyle hotel sector
- You will need to have previously worked in Asia
- Pre-Opening Experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Highly adaptable with the ability to lead and direct changes
- Degree from a recognised hospitality / tertiary institution
- Ability to articulate strategic plans
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
