**Senior Director - General Account Commercial - Ports & Terminals - APAC**

DP World is seeking for a Senior Director for Ports & Terminals across APAC. In this exciting role, the Senior Commercial Director - Ports & Terminals (P&T) is responsible for driving commercial success and strategic initiatives across the Ports and Terminals (P&T) portfolio. This role requires leadership in identifying business opportunities, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee revenue growth, contract negotiations, market analysis, and the development of customer-centric solutions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Expanding the book of business with customers, delivering revenue growth and increased customer loyalty
- Update and analyze key customer accounts to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct strategic workshops to develop collaborative solutions for shared success
- Monitor customer networks, business goals, challenges, and industry trends
- Identify and assess opportunities and risks from DP World service changes
- Prepare structured reports on market insights, customer discussions, and project updates
- Align with the overall commercial strategy and collaborate with Cluster and Regional teams

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, client management, negotiation, and contract management
- Strong knowledge of the ports and liner business, including legal, commercial, and operational aspects
- Familiarity with working in complex, multinational organizations is preferred
