With our newly expanded 4,000 Sq.Ft., store and exclusive collection available only in Singapore, we are growing our retail team to meet rising customer demand.

**The Role**

We are seeking Jewellery Retail Sales Officers and Senior Retail Sales Officers to join our expanding sales team at Tanishq. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service, guide customers in choosing their perfect jewellery, and help us create memorable luxury retail experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert knowledge on gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure displays reflect Tanishq’s premium image.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Mentor junior colleagues (Senior role).

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales (min. 2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fine jewellery and delighting customers.
- Proven sales track record; leadership exposure for senior applicants.
