We’re searching for a **Senior **Engineer** to be part of our **Quality** **Department diverse team of talent. You are responsible for the development and driving of Fab Quality Assurance systems and processes to provide assurance to our customers.

**What you will be working on**:

- Develop, implement in-process and operational audits to evaluate the adequacy of process control and compliance of the standards, internal and customer requirements
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc audit to improve the management system and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
- Drive PA/CA on audit findings and root causes and resolve key audit findings.
- Responsible and accountable for quality and integrity of work and analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, cost and safety of work processes and environment to achieve assigned section/department and/or company KPI
- Ensure compliance to ISMS/ BCM related requirements
- Lead a technical cross-functional team to resolve issues and/or drive improvements relating to ISMS/ BCM
- Mentor and coach functional team

**More about you**:

- Degree in Engineering/ Data Analytics/ Cybersecurity or equivalent
- 2- 5 years' experience in quality and reliability assurance preferred
- 2 years' experience in wafer fab preferred
- Knowledge in management standards, E.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IEC/ ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 VDA6.3 and others
- Competent in Microsoft Business Applications
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
