Job Description & Requirements

**Responsibilities**
- To support in developing and implementing code compliant anti-doping rules and programmes.
- Collate the Risk Assessment and Test Distribution Plan of member countries using the Testing Grant to perform a basic review., Coordinating the logistics, administration
- Co-ordinate with International Federations, International Testing Agency and other agencies when tests are requested.
- Complete all post mission requirements, including entry of Doping Control Forms in Anti-Doping Administration & Management System, monitoring lab results etc
- To assist to develop and strengthen anti-doping expertise.
- Assist in all administration and logistics aspects of organizing workshops, seminars,webinars, meetings including the creation of specific manuals etc.
- Support Director-General in assisting members on matters pertaining to code compliance, governance, etc.
- Assist in the update of website, Facebook and Instagram with latest news; maintenance of admin account.
- Assist in other operational administrative matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in the fields of Sport Science and Management, Health, Social Science and/or Business Administration or equivalent.
- English verbal and written communication skills;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, project management skills, time management skills, ability to set and manage multiple priorities, ability to give presentations, ability to independently produce final products/value added results.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
