The opportunity
- Verify and proceed billing for daily inbound and outbound shipments in timely manner.
- Ensure no miss out on the billing and bill accurately.
- Highlight and communicate with FCL export and import team for any discrepancy.
- Sorting invoices and supporting documents for customers.
- Supports superiors and executives for any ad-hoc duties.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CargoWise system
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
