**Roles & Responsibilities**
Job Description of Billing & Accounts Coordinator are as follows:
- Managing day to day Accounting Entries in the system
- Coordinating with Network office for Accounts related matters.
- Responsible for Billing fortnightly & Monthly.
- Coordinating with Customers (Local & Overseas) for Collection.
- Checking of Payable / Supplier invoices and maintain payment schedule.
- Check & Maintain Bank Balance.
- Petty Cash (At later stage).
- To send Monthly Account Reports to Head Office on the agreed date.
Requirement:
Min. 3 yrs Experience in Billing.
Billing Experience in Airfreight & Courier Industry added advantage.
Should be Good in Excel.
Good command over English language.
We are an expanding logistics company with international office presence all over the world. In Singapore we have 20 staff and our head office is in hkg and dubai.
