**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Overview**:
We are looking for a Technical IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of core banking platform initiatives, including implementation and migration of Enterprise Information Systems (EIS), payments modules, and integrations. This role requires strong technical understanding and the ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, requirements gathering, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Coordinate with technical leads, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
- Drive UAT planning, defect management, and production readiness activities.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., MAS TRM guidelines).
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and project steering committees.
**Specific Skills & Knowledge**:
- Strong understanding of Core Banking platforms (e.g., Finacle, Temenos T24, Avaloq, Oracle FLEXCUBE).
- Familiarity with Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) architecture and data migration processes.
- Solid knowledge of payments systems, including SWIFT, RTGS, and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
- Experience managing integration projects involving APIs, microservices, and middleware solutions.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in IT project management within banking or financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale core banking implementation or upgrade projects.
- PMP or Agile certification strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
