**About CBRE | Advisory & Transaction Services**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partner with local marketing and business leaders to create and promote Advisory & Transaction Services marketing materials and campaigns across in-person, remote and digital channels.
- Partner with business leaders and marketing teams to propose, develop and manage internal and client events, workshops, town halls, conferences etc.
- Partner with the business and communications teams to develop, activate and launch new thought leadership, products, and technologies with internal and external audiences, to ensure global and regional alignment.
- Aggregate data and prepare and present marketing reports for the business and marketing leadership; using data and analytics to support marketing activities and to propose new initiatives for the business.
Manage an updated knowledge library of marketing materials including but not limited to capability decks, business analytics, case studies, client testimonials, presentations, proposals, templates, collateral, whitepapers, event materials etc. on the intranet and various shared drives.
- Collaborate, own, and manage core and ancillary projects for various Advisory & Transaction Services business segments in tandem with global and regional marketing platform teams.
- Write, design and review internal and external collateral and pitch materials to ensure awareness and adoption of products and services, including appropriate messaging, quality check, proofreading, developing unique value propositions, impactful ways to visualize and communicate information, and approvals prior to final distribution.
- Ensure compliance and consistency of company brand standards and RISE values - Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence.
**Knowledge, Skills And Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training.
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
- Experience leading and managing projects from end-to-end, requiring oversight of and influence over leaders and collaborators to produce tangible results.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, Photoshop
- Proficient in Excel and Salesforce a strong plus
- Knowledge management (Sharepoint, SiteCore, Teams etc.) a strong plus
- Communications management (Campaign Logic, Lumen5 etc.) a plus
