**Job Description**:
- Handle general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature- Regularly coordinate meetings and conference (audio & video) calls- Organize complex international travel itineraries and arrangements-
- Field all telephone calls- Extensive diary management- Monthly reconciliation of professionals’ expenses- Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants

Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in teams, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.- Experience in working with a mix of senior-level executives and professionals providing outstanding administrative support in a fast-paced environment- Superior communication and interpersonal skills- High level of professionalism- Experience in interacting with executives, professionals and/or clients- Ability to cover teams of multiple professionals, multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work- Exceptional time management and organizational skills- Fluency in English is a requirement, Chinese language preferred- Advanced knowledge of MS Office- Ability to work well in a small team environment
