Singapore Macdonald & Company Full time

An institutional real estate investment management firm with regional presence has recently formed a new JV partnership and is looking for a dynamic and hands on Finance Manager to join the team based in Singapore.

Reporting to the Fund Manager, below are the key responsibilities:

- Responsible for all finance and accounting requirements of the fund assigned including consolidation and closing of the fund and subsidiaries
- Management reporting and cash flow forecasting in accordance with fund requirements
- Support annual forecasting and budgeting of the fund
- Review monthly accounts and oversee the reporting process of the fund
- Cash management, capital calls and distribution recommendation, and provide financial analyses of the assets for investor reporting
- Work with fund management and investment team on financial and tax due diligence for all acquisitions and divestments
- Assist in any financing for investments and refinancing for funds including negotiation with banks and reviewing financing documents and ensure bank covenants are complied with
- Responsible for all finance and accounting requirements of the Joint Venture management company including consolidation and closing of the JV co and subsidiaries
- Support annual forecasting and budgeting of the JV company
- Timely billing of management fees to the fund
- Oversee all related payments
- Develop and support the establishment of reporting requirements to the JV partners
Tax structuring and assist in setting up of new funds
- Work with auditors and ensure timely completion of audit for all entities
- Liaise with tax agents, bankers, regulators, corporate secretarial and lawyers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
- Real estate experience with exposure to private funds preferred
- Strong technical knowledge and capabilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Meticulous, independent and team player
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related
