Beef Noodle Chain Stall is looking for a store manager to manage the whole outlet.

You will be responsible to accomplish outlet objectives by supervising staff, organising and monitoring work process. You will also be performing duties such as recruiting new employees, training and motivating salespeople as well as doing R&D about the noodles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To cook and develop the noodles which is suitable for local taste
- To oversee the cleanliness and security.
- Responsible for setting up of workstation and preparing dishes whenever needed (depending on the manpower at each outlet)
- To ensure the compliance to food safety, sanitation and overall workplace safety standards.
- To review, set and enforce the company’s policies and SOPs.
- To ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- To handle customer complaints and respond to all concerns.
- To hire and train necessary personnel for the operation.
- To coach and mentor the personnel for day to day operations.
- To do manpower scheduling.
- To organize and control inventory of stocks and equipment.
- To suggest marketing initiatives and assist in performing marketing activities.
- To do multi-tasking and perform other related tasks

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 year experience as pastry chef or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Advance customer service skills
- Detail oriented, organised and strong planning skills
- Able to maintain a positive relationship with both manufacturer and customers
