DESIGNATION : Infrastructure Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer with at least 3-5 years or IT experience and 1-2years or relevant experience in managing Infrastructure and Systems. You will be responsiblefor maintaining and operating the systems, infrastructure and equipment in the datacenter,server rooms and retail outlets for all NTUC Social Enterprises. You will work closely withSystems and Data Centre Engineers to ensure good health of our assets as well as leadingmigrations to the cloud in a hybrid environmentAs a member of NTUC Enterprise Center of Excellence you will be exposed to the latesttechnologies with AWS Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, ML/AI, Big Data,NUTANIX, AHV in Hybrid/multi cloud environment.We are strong believers in DevSecOps, SRE, Agile and FinOps.

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for retail outlets, on-premise data centre, and cloud (AWS) environmentserver administration and support
- Involvement in infrastructure provisioning, deployment, data/system backups, patchingand disaster recovery
- Manage windows system users and permissions.
- Involvement in design and implementation of all on-premise and windows cloud systems
- Managing and reviewing infrastructure and operation standards, policies andprocedures, checklists/baseline
- Involvement in new company initiatives and projects which are in line with the digitaltransformation and adoption
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Perform asset management of infrastructure and computing devices

QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT Experience with at least 2 years in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge/hands on experience on Server hardwares - Service Lifecycle,Maintenance, HDD Raid Configuration, BIOS/Firmware updates
- In-depth knowledge on Windows Operating Systems and some knowledge onUNIX/Linux Operating Systems and Server Backup Solutions
- Basic knowledge/hands-on experience for Active Directory, GPO, PowerShell Scripting,Active Directory Federation Services, SAML 2.0, LDAP, WSUS, Patching
- Basic knowledge/hands-on experience on Basic Networking - IP Addressing/Subnets,TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls
- Basic knowledge/hands-on experience on Cloud technologies - AWS is preferred.
- Understanding of service management delivery, asset management, configurationmanagement and capacity planning
- Willing to work flexi hours and long hours (off hours support and weekend support, ifnecessary)
- Able to work under pressure and work independently as well as cooperate in a team
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willing to travel to multiple sites within Singapore
- Able to communicate in a clear manner
