Invoicing Clerk/assistant

We are currently hiring a Part time Invoicing clerk/assistant to assist the finance department with simple account duties. This will be a maternity cover position. We require someone who is able to commence work in short notice and commit for at least 3 to 6 months.
**Responsibilities not limited to:
- **
- Key in sales order and posting of sales invoice
- Matching of documents
- Filing and admin duties
- Other simple duties as assigned
**Minimum Requirements:
- **
- Min O level certification
- Able to commit for 3 months (Might be extended up to 6 months)
- Experience in using ERP system preferred **but not compulsory**:
- Independent dynamic team-player with mínimal supervision
- Helpful and spiritual team member who is responsive and supportive
- Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- **Immediate availability or within short notice is an advantage**:
- **No experience needed**
**Working hours:
- **
Monday to Friday (5 day work week) from 8am to 5.15pm (1 hour Lunch included)
