- Oversee the day-to-day operations of educational programs, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Implement best practices for program management, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout program implementation.
- Collaborate with administrative teams on operational management, including budget oversight.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Theatre, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in arts education or pedagogical methodologies are advantageous.
- **Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational program development or leadership roles within the education sector.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving successful educational initiatives.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of current trends in education, particularly in Arts Education.
