About the Role
The incumbent will be reporting to Head, Partnership Product and Marketing, is responsible for supporting Citi-Bancassurance (key partner), Brokerage channels and working with other key internal functions.
He/She will also be working closely with the Channel Head and Team Leads supports channel development functions including product strategy and development, marketing strategy and execution, business processes and workflow optimisation, and key strategic growth projects.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Working directly with the Channel Head, Middle Office teams and other key AIA functions to devise marketing activities to grow the business and drive engagement of our Partners- Driving product innovation, development and launch initiatives by working closely with AIA Product team- Supporting partnership through developing and onboarding of products, devising marketing initiatives, driving straight-through digital and digital-led plans.- Supporting Citibank and Brokerage channels through meetings, seminars, training workshops, sales and marketing campaigns, coaching and prospecting support, and point of sale work- Supporting partners’ customers and sellers’ events- Managing marketing collaterals, marketing and hospitality activities for partners and their customers.- Launch and fulfill sales campaigns and promotions to partners and customers.- Lead and manage communications (including portals) with partners.- Enhancing and growing profitability (i.e., Value of New Business)- Enhancing and growing production (i.e., Annualized New Premium)- Enhance servicing and sales capabilities (e.g., turn-around-times) for partners- Building both the breadth and depth of relationships with key partners- Delivering initiatives effectively and within estimated budgeted expense levels
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Excellent written and communication skills. The communication network of the incumbent is expected to be approximately:
- 50% internal liaison with Partnership Distribution and Internal Departments and 50% externally by working in coordination with Channel Head and Team Leads to drive Partner engagement- A degree from a leading undergraduate university in a relevant field is required with graduate degrees and / or an MBA being seen as a distinct advantage but not a requirement.- At least 5 - 8 years in product marketing, insurance product management, channel development and transformation experience with a top tier insurer or in a related role at a major bank.- Specific Business Knowledge: Marketing, bank / broker / FA business process, insurance industry products and processes, strategic planning, project management- Fluent English and top-notch business skills are a must.
