The Asia Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore, with approximately 1900 employees.

We have an opportunity for an IT Analyst. This role is based in Mandai Link and reports to the Director, WMS & Integration, Asia Pacific.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for the optimal running of the company software WMS systems such as Infolog, Navision, LTW to prevent any operations downtime.
- Provide all WMS first line of support and be on stand by during operational hours.
- Propose any software upgrade to support the company operations objectives.
- Perform checks all ASRS Temperature Controlled Storage to ensure occupancy is maximized.
- Submission of daily pallet and infrastructure reports.
- To coordinate between internal stakeholders and vendors on IT related projects to ensure smooth execution and incompliance with industrial IT risk Management practices.
- To serve as a support back-up for all communications between the different WMS systems support such as Infolog and LTW.
- Assist in disabling all the given accesses and rights for exit team members.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Qualifications in IT or related disciplines
- Experience in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation Industry is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of warehouse / logistics processes is advantageous
- Experience in translating operations business requirements into functional and technical processes
- Experience in the implementation of enterprise grade supply chain solutions with distributed footprint
- Experience in incident and problem management in the warehouse/logistics solution space
- Prior experience in managing distributed project and development teams across multiple countries
- Ability to travel internationally approximately 30% to 40% of the time
- Strong communication, time management, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- A self starter who is able to work autonomously in ambiguous environments
