[What the role is]

Assistant Manager, Strategic & Corporate Planning

[What you will be working on]
- Assist to formulate and implement organisation’s strategy to achieve broad strategic goals
- Develop foresight to ensure that land management policies and initiatives stay relevant and current, by factoring in ongoing and potential trends, and detailing response plans
- Oversee the management of Land Policy Repository and ensure proper documentation of resources
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to develop and/or evaluate high-impact cross-divisional projects / proposals and ensure alignment with organisation’s direction and intent
- Support senior management and Board in setting SLA’s organisational goals and priorities, including oversight of overall organisational performance, so as to optimise use of resources
- Curate knowledge sharing channels and relevant resources relating to SLA’s work for enterprise sharing and promote a knowledge sharing culture
- Perform administrative staffing support to senior management, when required

[What we are looking for]
- Background in any discipline from a recognised institution
- Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
- Aptitude and passion for research, data analysis, problem solving and organisational development
- Keen interest in innovating and seeking new ways of doing things
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
