As a Retail Ambassador for our small independent fashion label, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and promoting our beautiful prints and designs to customers. Your passion for fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences will be essential in creating a positive and memorable shopping environment. Our customers, new and old, love our brand and we are seeking someone who is able to share small but important details we add into creating every design we sell.

Location: Orchard

**Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly and engaging shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding the right outfits and styling options based on their preferences, body type, and occasion.
- Provide personalised fashion advice and suggestions to customers, taking into consideration their style and budget
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Sales and Product Knowledge:

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the latest fashion trends, designers, and brands available in the store.
- Educate customers about product features, quality, and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Stay updated on upcoming promotions, sales events, and new product arrivals.

Merchandising and Store Maintenance:

- Ensure the store is visually appealing, clean, and well-organised at all times.
- Participate in merchandising activities, including inventory management, product replenishment, and arranging displays to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive and eye-catching displays that showcase the latest trends.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry, is highly desired but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as per the store's schedule.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
