Location : No. 1 Soon Lee street, Pioneer centre

Title: ASSISTANT MANAGERS SALES AND OPERATION

Salary : $3,000 - $4,000

**Responsibilities**:
1. New business development and driving sales growth.

2. Prepare quotation and attend to customer enquiries.

3. Plan and execute the shipment according to customer requested delivery date and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery to customer.

4. Support customer service.

5. Handling day to day paperwork and liaising with account, warehousing, 3rd party couriers.

6. Preparation of invoice/packing lists booking arrangement with Freight Company.

7. Work with internal & external party to meet customer’s expectations and requirements.

8. Maintain proper documents filling and housekeeping

9. Able to handle customer feedback & complaints.

10. Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

**Requirements**:
1. Degree or Diploma in Logistics, shipping or related discipline.

2. Preferably with minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, Logistics, freight forwarding, shipspare, and warehousing.

3. A fast learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment and combines creativity, problem-solving skills in your tasks.

4. Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and persevering.

5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
