**Key Position Objectives**
To publicise Club HEAL’s services and programmes, strengthen our mission, vision and values through positive media coverage as well as through establishing good rapport and strong relationship with community stakeholders to further Club HEAL’s outreach and publicity.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Fundraising**:
1. To initiate networking opportunities with new and potential donors such as individuals, corporates, institutions and associations.
2. Organise and execute fundraising programmes, activities and campaigns through different platforms.
3. Establish donor relationship and provide regular updates on CH’s events and activities.
4. Actively engage partners for collaborations with the objectives of fund raising as well as marketing of Club HEAL programmes and services.
5. Draft proposals, letters of appeal for donations and project reports.
6. Maintain database and records of donors and sponsorships. Generate reports, and any other data as required.
7. Work with the team to plan and execute strategic plans with budget management on annual fundraising events.
**Media Management**:
1. Facilitate and coordinate media requests, queries and photo/video shoots.
2. Develop a keen eye for potential media stories. Proactive media pitches including drafting press releases and stories.
3. Manage media coverage for Club HEAL’s activities and events - draft press release and speeches, prepare press kits, send media invite, follow up on media’s RSVP, prepare staff/ clients for interviews.
4. Post-event follow-up with the media.
5. Collate media coverage for CH’s events.
6. Cultivate media relations, build good connections and initiate media appreciation.
**Community Engagement**:
1. Liaise with schools, religious organisations and community stakeholders to build network and collaborations to publicise Club HEAL’s programmes and opportunities to conduct talks/workshops (both paid & complimentary) - mental healthcare talks, art therapy workshops, booth sales.
2. Facilitate and coordinate external requests from community stakeholders for talks, trainings and panel discussions. Duties include finding staff presenters, confirming topics, collating attendance/
confirmation, arranging for F&B catering, liaising with staff on venue set-up, providing admin support on event day, etc.
**Event Management**:
1. Plan and conceptualise special events.
2. Leverage on community network to invite them on board to collaborate and support fund raising events.
