**_Servicing of Clients’ Accounts _**
- To provide tier one/tier two support with regards to existing Clients
- Resolve or escalate highly complex or non-routine client issues or inquiries as needed
- Maintains relationships with stakeholders, report client trends and needs; provide forward-looking insight on client issues to drive future revenue growth
- Display excellent communication skills and establish positive rapport with clients
- Oversees and provides guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience

**_Business Development _**
- Forecast and track key sales metrics (e.g. Quarterly sales results and Forecasts)
- Conduct needs assessments with qualified prospects
- Drive deals to closure
- through quotation, negotiations, and finally contract signature

**_Team Management _**
- Supervise and ensure the team providing support to the company’s clients meet and exceed client expectations
- Supervise the team with day-to-day functions and ensure proper scheduling
- Directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
- Support advancement of technology & migration activities and keep all stakeholders engaged and updated Participate in staff meetings and conference calls offering input / support metrics into product and business-related issues

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science, or Information Technology or related field
- Knowledge in ITIL and Microsoft Suite are required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial role in areas of IT sourcing, ideally within Information Technology, Sourcing, Vendor Negotiations, Stakeholder Management in an international environment
- Demonstrated strong competency of interpersonal skills, team leadership, business acumen, relationship building and conflict management
- Good command of English with clear, concise verbal communication skills.
- Proven record of accomplishment in leading and driving teams to achieve and exceed established goals and objectives
