Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **VP, Premier Team Head - Wealth & Personal Banking.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Lead, develop and manage a team of Relationship Managers managing our premier clients to ensure achievement of the business objectives
- The incumbent has a vital role to play in effectively leading and implementing change as an integral part of delivering the business strategy
- Ensure the teams adhere to sales process and global risk objectives
- Create and maintain an environment the team maximizes performance in achieving the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business objectives
- Ensure the business run effectively and efficiently in accordance to the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Operating Model
- Keeping abreast of and comply to all Risk Control Management and Group Compliance policies
- Effective in coaching and in guiding the team to achieve business aspiration goals

Requirements
- Relevant experience in particularly in area of wealth management and business development
- Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
- Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
- Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
