
Corporate Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to take on the role of Corporate Development Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to drive company growth.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, investments, and new market opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling, risk assessments, and market analysis for business expansion projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Support C-level executives in formulating and executing growth strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to inform corporate strategies.
- Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts and other documents related to such acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks preferred.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment with company goals.
