**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the whole process management and operation of the company's business contract execution;
- Lead and manage the operation team, formulate and implement plans effectively;
- Track and maintain customers' daily needs and work coordination;
- Track and coordinate the procurement, shipment, delivery and settlement of each ship's goods, including but not limited to setting laycan, L/C review, etc.;
- Support for bidding, contract negotiation and review, and other work in new business development;
- Assist and participate in bank credit management, fund collection and payment planning, foreign exchange write-off, and tracking tax refunds;
- Follow up other related work assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above;
- 8 years or above experience in international trade operations of bulk commodities, familiar with relevant regulations and practices of international trade;
- Have strong abilities of organization, coordination, communication, and leadership, with good logical thinking and ability to withstand pressure;
- Have the ability and experience of team leadership, and be able to formulate and implement team plans;
- Those with resources and experience in Singapore coal market are preferred;
- Meticulous and patient, with positive attitude and strong sense of professionalism.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin would be preferred as to communicate with China counterparts
