**Your new job**:Senior Trading Manager | The First Client-Transparent Programmatic Solution | Programmatic | Trading**:
As the new Senior Trading Manager, you are heading their world-class programmatic experts who will contribute to managing, setting up, and optimising programmatic campaigns.
Your 2 main responsibilities would be:
**Strategic Planning and Operations**:

- Develop strategy to drive the agency’s biddable media and trading capabilities
- Work closely with the leadership team and other function leads
- Be the point-of-contact on biddable media, trading expertise & developments for stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for expanding the agency’s platform expertise, by understanding the needs of our clients and the developments within the industry
- Support the new business opportunities with expertise in product knowledge, biddable business strategy, and pricing structure
- Ensure that all operational goals and strategies deployed are aligned with the agency’s overall vision and direction
- Propose innovative solutions to continuously drive the agency’s position as a thought-leader

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Keep client satisfaction and proactively propose for improvement in operations alongside internal stakeholders and partners
- Consult and advise key clients in decisions around platform adoption that will help them achieve their business goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners and publishers

**What we would like you to bring**:
As the new **Senior Trading Manager | Programmatic Solution | Trading **we need from you:

- 5 to 6 years of experience in programmatic management, trading, and execution
- Well-versed in campaign set-up across programmatic platforms such as DV360, Meta business manager, TikTok business manager, supply management with SSPs, and PMPs with direct publishers
- Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore
